We're always conscious to make sure we provide the very best pricing to our customers. As part of our normal market analysis, we found out just how difficult it is for all of our customers to buy new lines that are reasonably priced and not be left with large bills to pay a long time in the future.
The perennial issue of large bills makes it very hard. Buying little and often is one way to save those large bills; where you place smaller orders, more often. Rather than a few £500 bills, you get five bills of £100. This obviously leads to slightly more work, but in this climate we feel the benefits outweigh the negatives.
For our independently owned and operated customers they're still experiencing some of the same issue in paying those invoices when trade is slow. To support this, we have made the following amendments to our shipping and payment methods.
We have reduced the threshold for wholesale pricing from £100 to £50. That means you can visit our site more often, place weekly orders and have your products arrive every week. This means four small bills of over £50, which is a lot easier to finance than larger bills.
In addition we're offering Klarna as a payment method, which does not cost you anymore. With Klarna, you can pay your invoices in 30 days OR you can split the costs over three equal instalments. If you place an order of £90 on the 1st January, you pay £30 when you place the order, £30 on the 1st of February and £30 on the 1st of March. By spreading the costs it gives more opportunity to sell through your stock and your card will automatically be billed by Klarna, meaning less time-consuming administration. This process is completely transparent and is managed by Klarna. A soft credit check may also take place, so this option is only available to sole traders.
If you're looking to buy stock for your retail shop little and often, spread the costs of buying stock and select from a wide range of products, we're able to offer all of those options.
